Spunky Motors Photo Shoot
So, the band has been preparing for the upcoming "Battle of the Bands". My part is to be at their beck and call. We have been to several thrift stores, frabic stores and music stores in search of costumes and equipment. I asked them if they wanted me to take some photos so they could autograph them. Boy did they LOVE that idea. We had a huge photo shoot and they even enlisted a few girls to pose as 80's groupies. It was so much fun! So, let's meet the band. Christopher as "The Drummer"

Happy Birthday Christine & Kawehi!
Christine's birthday was a few weeks ago, but she was too busy going to Paris that we hadn't got a chance to celebrate yet. So, today was our niece, Kawehi's birthday. She is attending BYU. Her family is in Hawaii so I got to make her a special birthday dinner. We celebrated for both girls. It was so nice to spend time with them and have yummy cake. Happy Birthday girls. I love you!!!

3.0
Okay, so any of you who know the struggle we have with Christopher and grades knows my absolute bliss over his achievement today! He actually got a 3.0 last term too, but one was failing so I couldn't count it. He passed EVERY class this term. He has never done this before on any term. I am doing a jig. I am dancing in the street. I am so PROUD of my little smarty pants!!

The Museum of Ancient Life
Today we went to the Museum of Ancient Life with my wonderful friend, Teri and her kids. It is an awesome dinosaur museum at Thanksgiving Point. The Museum of Ancient Life has the distinction of being the world's largest display of mounted dinosaurs. Andraia & Emily

Happy New Year!!
Bringing in the new year is so much fun. I always save a big firework from July for this special event. I set the firework off and the kids bang pots with wooden spoons and yell, "HAPPY NEW YEAR!" This year's firework was spectacular!

Joseph and his friends had a pajamma party and they ran over to the house when I lit the firework. My favorite part of the night is when Christopher came around the corner from his friend's house to give me a hug and kiss. Now that's the way to start off the new year. Then I got my special kiss from Dennis! This year is pretty good so far. Hope everyone has a great year!!
