So, today is "crazy hair day" at school. I told Emily that it wasn't look like a crazy person day, but I guess her personality matches her hair.

After I dressed Emily I realized that she looks good with this hair style. She definitely thought so. She said that she looked popular and wants to wear her hair like that every day. It suits her!

I'm so glad that your kids had colored hair too! I got some snide comments about my kids being too punk.... Whatever. Emily looks like she belongs in a music video. Too cute!!
Just for the record, if you're a bad mom for letting your kids express themselves, then I'm worse!! I get criticized for letting Ethan wear rock T-shirts and things with skulls on them. It's his style, he likes it and it's not hurting anyone! My other boys love to wear baggy clothes and Kenzie loves wearing "holey" jeans. I find nothing wrong with it.
I do have to tell you that when the kids were younger, I'd let them have colored hair gel after they had hair cuts and they also got tatoos if they didn't throw a fit. That's what they like. I just figure that it people (AKA some of our neighbors) have a problem with it, then they have too much time on their hands!
